Ollie (Eduardo)

Here are a couple of pictures of my baby Ollie: He is on the top of the cat stand as you can imagine. He was having his nap when I took his picture. I have switched Ollie over to Lifes Abundance dry cat food and he is doing very well on it. Sometimes I mix in another brand with it. He only eats dry food right now and doesnt seem interested in mixed food with wet food or wet food by itself. He wants a dish with the other cats in the kitchen, but he doesnt eat any of it. He just wants it offered to him. He runs back to his bowl of dry Lifes Abundance on my ottoman in front of my chair. I put the Joint Max liquid on top of the food. He loves to be brushed every day. He loves cat nip and cat nip toys. When someone first came to the house Ollie was afraid and hid but now he comes out to greet whoever comes to the house.

I read that Maine Coons like to be around water and Ollie is a master at that. He sat on the ledge beside my bathtub while I took my bath. He likes to drink from faucets and play in the toilet if I dont put the lid down. He loves the fur cat toys I bought from a man who makes cat trees in Georgia. His wife makes the toys. One toy is Coyote fur and Ollie loves it.

I weighed Ollie today and at 6 months he is 12 lbs. I think that is wonderful as he was only 3 3/4 lbs. when I brought him home as a little kitten. He is growing every day and continues to be a wonderful companion. He is a good eater and I am so glad that he loves his Joint Max vitamins I squirt the dropper on his food every day.
